Our Cancellation Policy permits you to cancel your own appointment up to 6 hours before your booked time-slot.
Alternatively you can reschedule it - which we prefer.
Emergencies do happen and we understand this and accordingly you agree to telephone our salon on
(07) 3284 0962 at the earliest possible time to alert us so that we can cancel the appointment and offer the slot to another customer.
We appreciate you cooperation, as this helps us keep prices reasonable and stable.
We do reserve the right to note or flag repeat cancellations so that we can manage our booking efficiently.
