Late cancellations or No-shows: - Appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) 4. Arrival time: - We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have ample time to check in and relax before your treatment begins. 5. Group bookings: - For group bookings of three (3) or more, we kindly request a 48-hour cancellation notice. Failure to provide this notice may results in a cancellation fee equal to 50% the total services booked. Please understand that our therapists and technicians reserve their time exclusively for your scheduled appointment.
