IF an appointment is cancelled in LESS than 24 hours a fee of 60% of the original service cost will be applied to your card. IF you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment Please inform us you WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF this happens there will be a fee of 60% of the original service cost applied to your card. Because it is considered a missed appointment. IF an appointment is NO--SHOWED the fee of 100% of the original service cost will be applied to your card. A card is REQUIRED on file to book any chemical services IE: Colors,Perms, Any Bleaching services. There are NO REFUNDS. Communication is key. Thank You.
