Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply call, text or email me to let me know prior to the 24 hour window. You are allowed up to ONE time to forward your deposit to a new appointment time. After one reschedule, you must create a new booking with a new 50% booking deposit. Clients will not be able to book future appointments if they habitually cancel, no show or arrive late. If you are running late, please text or call to let me know your expected time of arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule. If you arrive within 15 minutes, you will still receive the service at the full cost, however it may be shortened in order to complete for the next client.
Late Arrival Policy
At Mud & Lotus Skincare LLC, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
