We understand things come up, but we gotta pay the bills. Cancelations made after the 24 hour window will be charged for half of the reserved session fee. If there is no card on file, Guest must pay this fee prior to being rescheduled.
Late Arrival Policy
At SHYNE Collective, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and incur a fee of 100% of the cost of services booked.
